Natasha Valos

Psychologist

Natasha is a registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and families. She is a warm, patient, and empathic clinician who adopts a collaborative approach to therapy.

She has experience delivering evidence-based interventions to support young people and their families with a range of emotional, social, developmental, and behavioural challenges. Natasha is particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent children and adolescents, including those with ADHD and autism.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Natasha is experienced in conducting psychological and psychometric assessments to assist in the diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD) and mental health disorders. She has completed training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2).

Natasha has worked across the lifespan in university clinics, private practice, government services, and NDIS settings. She brings a thoughtful and family-centred lens to her work, with a particular interest in strengthening parent-child relationships, building parental confidence, and improving mental health outcomes. Natasha is also passionate about adapting Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for classroom environments and supporting teachers to implement effective behaviour strategies that enhance children’s learning, attention, and social relationships. She currently delivers PCIT in a school-based setting.
