Marguerite Ryan
Psychologist
Marguerite is a registered psychologist with special interests in perinatal, early childhood and organisational psychology. With a career spanning clinical practice, research, corporate environments, and education, Marguerite offers a unique breadth of expertise in understanding and supporting psychological wellbeing across the lifespan.
In addition to clinical work, Marguerite has a strong background in learning and development, with extensive experience in designing and facilitating evidence-based psychological and behaviour management strategies. This expertise has supported professionals, organisations, and clients in achieving sustainable outcomes in both individual and group settings.
Marguerite is recognised for the introduction of attachment-informed workplace policies designed to reduce work-family conflict, increase productivity and give parents access to valuable parent management training through their workplaces. She is delighted to be part of UNSW’s expanding School Parent Child Interaction Training (PCIT) program that equips parents and caregivers with practical, evidence-based skills to strengthen parent-child relationships, improve communication, and support children’s emotional and behavioural development. Through this work, Marguerite continues to advocate for early intervention approaches that foster resilience and promote thriving families.
